How It Works
Ship or Drop off your Device
Ship your device using the free shipping label provided at checkout, or Drop off Your Device using our Kiosk. You can track your device online every step of the way.
Get Paid
Once we receive your device, the device(s) will be tested and we will issue payments via PayPal, Venmo, Direct Deposit/ACH, Cash App, Zelle, Amazon Gift Card or a Paper Check.
Can I Drop off Devices Here?
Yes, You can drop off your devices at The BuyBack Platform Hastings Campus Kiosk.
You will need to place the BuyBack Order ahead of time via this page, and have your "Offer ID/Order Number" present during Drop Off.
Is the Hastings Campus open to the public?
Our Hastings Campus is open by appointment only at this time. You can still drop off devices without an appointment by using the Drop off Kiosk thats located on the Second Floor.
Do you provide Repair Services?
Yes, The BuyBack Platform does offer repair services by appointment.
Does the Hastings Campus offer Notary services?
Absolutely. We are available for notary services by appointment, Notary services can be preformed onsite or at a location convenient to you.
