12 Month Limited Warranty

The BuyBack Platform, LLC offers Buyers the following limited warranty on Products sold through the platform (this "Limited Warranty")

Understanding what is covered:

  • Technical defects
  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials

Understanding what is not covered:

  • Damages incurred during transportation or storage.
  • Problems arising from the use of third-party software or unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Incorrect usage, failure to adhere to product instructions, or neglect of preventive maintenance.
  • Any additional components added to the product after its initial sale.
  • Normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from accidents, abuse, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
  • Liquid damage from use
  • Lost or Theft

This Limited Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of products from The BuyBack Platform, LLC and does not extend to any subsequent owners or transferees of the product.

Your warranty will also become invalid if we discover evidence indicating that the item has been opened in a manner that could potentially impact the device.

The BuyBack Platform, LLC cannot be held liable for any expenses associated with unlocking a device that was originally locked to a network at the time of sale.

Please ensure that you package your item securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages resulting from inadequate packaging.

We cannot accept any device that has a Google, Find My or Samsung account that would restrcit use to the device, please remove your SIM card prior to sending us your device.

How We Can Help

Upon receiving your item, it will undergo inspection and diagnosis to determine the issue. If the problem falls outside the warranty coverage or if the warranty has been voided (e.g., due to accidental damage), we will return the item to you at no cost.

If the issue is covered by the warranty, our technicians will endeavor to repair it to restore your item to full functionality.

Should repair prove impossible, we will provide a replacement item with similar specifications.

In the unlikely scenario where neither replacement nor repair is feasible/available, a refund will be issued.

It can take up to 1 business day from request to process.

We will provide you with a PrePaid Shipping Label to securely send us your device. Be sure to backup your device, remove any Google, Samsung or Find My accounts and restore your device back to factory defaults. Remove your SIM card, and securely package your device, drop your package off at the United States Post Office and obtain a mailing receipt for your records. **

Any replacement device is subject to another 12-month warranty from the date of arrival.
